ReboundTAG will only use the information you provide us to help locate your lost luggage and possessions and return them to you.
What information do we store?
We store the information that you provide us, which is likely to include your address and contact details. You can also choose to enter your travel itinerary when you travel, and you can choose exactly how much information you enter into your account. You choose your own password and your email address is used as the username.
What do we do with the information?
You can configure your account so that when your luggage is found the airport or airline can see your details and can return them to your address or forward them to wherever you are staying. Alternatively, you can choose to keep your tag anonymous if you like, which means that airlines will not be able to see your details, they can only send you messages.
Do we protect your personal information?
We most certainly do. We rely 100% on our reputation for honesty and integrity and we keep all information that you enter in your account restricted to your account only.
Can I get information on another member?
Absolutely not. All information is kept private to the individual concerned.
Would we ever disclose any of your personal information?
The only time we would ever disclose your personal information is if it is necessary to comply with the law. This has not happened yet as our members seem to be law abiding citizens and in any case travel information is often not difficult for the police to obtain from other sources.
